Had an awesome time with friends! We hit the indoor surfing at 1 Utama and caught a movie at GSC. The breakfast was a highlight, and the staff was mostly friendly. Just a heads up, it really helps to clarify payment details at check-in to avoid confusion.

Spacious room, comfy bed, with cold air conditioning and hot showers. A very convenient location just a short walk of around 200 meters to the MRT and easy access to dining options at a nearby mall.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Amazing stay with a fantastic breakfast!
Had a lovely time here. The breakfast was seriously top-notch! So many choices, I couldn't even try them all. Also, the staff was super nice, especially Tina at the front desk—totally made me feel welcome. Just a heads up, though, the pool area could use a lil' more love. it was kinda slippery around there.

Amazing hospitality and breakfast!
I had a wonderful stay in a Junior Suite for two nights. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel like part of the family, especially Kavi and Biana. The breakfast is a standout, featuring fresh Apom and a variety of local dishes. However, they could improve the organization of the in-room dining service.

The Executive Twin Room was quite spacious and comfortable. The bed was nice and soft, making it easy to relax after a long day. There were no major issues, but I did notice the mattress could have been a bit more supportive. It had some nice amenities, and the bathroom was well-maintained with a good layout. Overall, a pleasing room experience!

i recently stayed in petaling jaya and was really impressed with how much better my experience was here. the room was spacious and had great amenities. The location next to the shopping mall made everything super convenient. i loved the variety of dishes for breakfast, especially the nasi lemak and freshly squeezed juices that started my day off right.
housekeeping was inconsistent during my stay.

I stayed for 6 nights in a Superior Twin Room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent, directly connected to a shopping mall. Breakfast had a great variety of options. The pool was well maintained. 😊
